  • Our social tone of voice is helpful and focused on our customers. We’re aware our audience isn’t checking social everyday to see what we post. We make sure our posts are centered around them.

  • Consistency in a brand’s voice is always important, but social offers the opportunity to be more fluid and conversational vs other marketing tactics.
  • Social’s about connecting – it’s not a Times Square billboard. It should be “BSM town hall” style centered around developing our community.
